1. What Membership Includes

A WithEasement membership costs $19.99/month and includes:

• 30 HOA Intelligence lookups per month. Your lookups reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle. Unused lookups do not roll over — they expire at the end of the cycle.
• AI-generated easement summaries for properties you look up.
• AI-generated property analysis.
• Downloadable PDF property reports.
• Everything included in the free tier (map browsing, easement layers, and property/assessor details).

2. Billing

Membership is billed at $19.99/month, charged automatically to the payment method on file each month until you cancel. If you signed up using a promotional code, the promotional price applies for the period stated in the promotion; after that period ends, your membership automatically renews at the standard $19.99/month rate.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from My Account → Manage Subscription, which takes you to our payment processor's (Stripe) customer portal. When you cancel:

• Your membership stays active through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• You will not be charged again after that.
• No further action is needed — cancellation takes effect automatically at the end of the period.

4. No Refunds

All membership payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial months and any unused lookups remaining on your account when you cancel. Cancelling your membership stops future billing — it does not refund the current billing period, whether in full or in part.

5. Data Accuracy

WithEasement's information comes from public county GIS sources and AI-assisted research. This data:

• May be incomplete, out of date, or lag official county records.
• Is not a substitute for a professional title search, a licensed land survey, or legal advice.
• Should be independently verified before you rely on it for any real estate transaction, legal decision, or financial decision.

6. Acceptable Use

Your membership is for your own personal or business use as the account holder. To keep things fair and secure:

• You may be signed in on up to 2 devices at a time.
• Don't share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Don't scrape, bulk-download, or resell WithEasement data.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including for abuse of the lookup system or sharing of credentials.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We may update our pricing or the terms of this agreement from time to time. If we do, we'll post the updated agreement here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use your membership after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
